Via a RobotShop site, which looked like it was managed from The Netherlands, we ordered a specific component. It was shipped but never delivered because of missing data on the shipping label. DHL confirmed to us that Robotshop uses noncommercial shipping labels for some reason, which allows for all sorts of errors. We regularly order electronic components from Chinese or German suppliers. Sometimes things go wrong, but glitches are always solved professionally and without headaches. Dealing with RobotShop customer service, however, means dealing: -With the famous american corporate haggle, -With overseas staff, -Via machine translated messages, -Who are completely oblivious to the localities.
