If you're planning to buy accounts in Zeusx. I DONT RECOMMEND IT
I don't usually give reviews to Sites i have encountered or Experienced but unless. i LIKED it or i DISLIKED it. I bought an account in MLBB in Zeusx platform, i am new to their website i was trying to give it a try. But i was disappointed. I had this Seller, i asked for the ORIGINAL EMAIL, FULL EXACT DETAILS OF THE ACCOUNT. simply because as a buyer of his account i wanted to be the new rightful owner. But then he gave the wrong exact details. I got the original email but that was just nothing because i simply need it to log in to the game, but he locked the account. he told me it was only logged in on his iphone12 but it was not the trusted device was iphone15. so we can't change the email. he didn't turn the device protection even tho he is selling. Then i tried to changed pass the Gmail he told me to change everything with it so i did. then it got locked. he accusing me im scamming him? he told me he will help me that it's my fault for getting the email locked because i changed it's password? ofc i have the right to change the password when he locked the account and can't link another one simply because i am the buyer too. i helped him retrieve it because it has my numebr at first but then he removed it and changed to his even added 2FA to his Gmail so that i cannot access it. and now he has it back he wont even cooperate and i was asking for ZeusXSupport to look at this matter because i got nothing not even the mail, not even the account but even if i got the mail and account he can still retrieve it after 2 days of completing the order because IT IS STILL HIS ACCOUNT and i need satisfaction too as a buyer to rightfully take whats mine because i paid for it and trusted ZeusX. But then the ZeusXSupport replied to the issue this 10/11/2024. "That the item was handed over as described" (?) , "That i have linked the account with my mail" (?) and then put my number as recovery (which i did, it's natural u need that mail to log in with the account and to make it secure) and "i spam the mail to make it lock" (?) Therefore a refund will not be issued? HUH. I GET NOTHING WHAT DO YOU MEAN? NOT EVEN THE MAIL NOR THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE HAVE IT. WHILE YOU GUYS HAVE MY MONEY 116$ DOLLARS?!
