Plus & Minus
PLUS: Good laundry service. Good responses to my emails from Alyssa. MINUS: Never received a single phone call despite numerous requests, not even when laundry was delivered and left at condo door by driver while i sat in my living room waiting for a phone call from driver that he had arrived with my laundry.
