SCAM COMPANY
This company is a scam, I ordered the rockstepper on 1/10/26, and was told it would ship in 3-5 weeks. My card was charged for $139.94 same day. I contacted customer service at 5 weeks, and have been given no ship date or tracking information. I was told it's in final production twice now, but they can't estimate a shipdate. I asked for a refund twice now, and the company has refused to refund my card. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. EDIT: Lhanel, you responded to this review faster than my emails! Wow, email response time has been days. My order is #202069 - you sure took my money fast if my order doesnt exist.
