I kept getting the run around when each time I tried to get answers about my acct and why drafts continue to be taken when I made a deposit to cover remaining balances. It caused an overdraft of my checking and had still not been rectified. I will say though that Esmeralda did an amazing job and did a better job of answering my questions than anyone else I had talked to the previous 3x’s.
