I was charged for $55 for 1 bag from US as they repacked my item and placed it in a big box which is 60x60cm box. I informed them about it but they denied as they said they packed as it is even the waybill/sticker was not in the new box. but the following items, i noticed that they packed in a bigger box again. and this time, 2 boxes inside, they placed it into 1 box. but overly big box again. As usual, was charged way more than it shd be. Since January, even after the increase, the items became slow. The fast delivery before were over. Now, we paid more and we received the item way slower than before. I received a notif that the items were shipped alrdy since 30 Jan. Now, still no traces of it arriving here in SG. It's been 14 days...
