1 Year Life Expectancy?
So, I've had 2 of the Nora toys. My first one broke after under a year's usage. The rotating part broke. I requested a replacement under warranty, they agreed and sent a new one free of charge. The second one, the vibrating part broke. I asked if I could get a replacement, they said no, as their replacement products do not have warranties. They offered a 55% discount on the same product, but this is still unacceptable as it was their product that was faulty. Recently, I decided to attempt a home repair as I was ineligible for warranty, and I found that the reason for the breakages are the incredibly flimsy wires which break at the lightest touch, not good for a £90 vibrator. However, while the product was working, I have to admit the Bluetooth features were good, and likely the cause of the price point but I still believe they should focus on quality of the product.
