WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!! Seriously, what is the point of outsourcing the support department to India and teach the employees just some basic phrases such as "you will get the highest priority" or "your issue will be solved in 5-7 business days"... I have purchased Adobe Cloud 1-year subscription and after a month I'm still not able to use it. There's no way to force Adobe to help me so if they don't want to, they simply won't. I have paid for a product that I cannot use. They promised to generate a new code for me and that was 5 weeks ago. Five weeks of telling me lies about how it would be solved soon. Worst experience ever.
