Returns nonsense
Ridiculous communication regarding a return of a faulty item. Customer service stated they would try to repair the fishing barrow despite me telling them on numerous occasions that it hadn’t even been used it was faulty when tried to assemble it. All in all I won’t bother again with Fishdeal as they based in Netherlands not UK so any returns you have to send to Holland despite the .co.uk website.
