DISASTER
I fly over 30 times a year and have never experienced such a disgrace as Batik Air. In every possible way horrible, unfriendly staff, triple checking everything up to weight, boarding pass etc. I think even Germany would have been proud of how strict they are with their lugage policy, while charging abnormally high prices for check in luggages. SPARE YOURSELF THE DISASTER.
