Scam !
First, the product does absolutely nothing. It does not reduce any smell. Secondly, the website claims they give you a FULL refund of you do not like the product. This only happens if you pay all the shipping costs (they don't even provide a label) to send it to a far flung place in China. I told the gal via email I wasn't going to pay to ship to China and she said there was no other option. I complained and she offered to refund 20 percent and let me keep the product. I took the 20 percent because it was better than nothing. I think the company is betting on people not wanting to return to China so they feel free to offer the refund option. The product itself is a piece of junk, it is tiny and cheap looking. If I could I would give zero stars.
