Terrible company!
Terrible company! I placed an order and during checkout my delivery address changed and my email address changed to very old details that I don’t use anymore. I contacted Cicuful immediately via email to make sure the delivery was correct. I sent 2 more emails and eventually got a reply 1 week later saying that it was too late to change the address. The package is apparently going to an old address 3 hours way. I don’t live there anymore. This company refused to help and repeatedly told me to go to the old address to get the package. Not possible. So the warning is - if you have any issues you will get knowhere with this company. Absolute rubbish experience
