Package didn‘t arrive on time, even when payed 21,99€ for express delivery. They didn‘t answer on my first 3 Mails and now i contacted PayPal. Postscript: i already contacted you!! The first few mails weren‘t even being answered. Then you told me that you won‘t refund any money because it‘s not your problem. „Sorry, the arrangement is for expedited express delivery and no refunds are available.“
