We have ordered a memorial post for our dead dog. It only arrived after 14 days and then it was broken. Now we are discussing it via Paypal despite having proof pictures! and it always just says "contact us by email", which we have already done (there is proof here too!). It was very disappointing to see, that my children at the result didn´t look like as on the photo. It's a horrible image with disfigured bodys, hard-heartet producing and at least I found no indication in the discribtion, that the power supply will work via USB-C. No recommendation - never ever.

The whole thing comes as handicraft stuff. The LED light length does not fit the metal frame and even the supports for this have to be attached yourself. No holes are provided for the spacers to mount the structure. I would not recommend this for the price.
