I ordered a custom lamp with a photo of me and my boyfriend as a gift, received a defective product, in my photo there was a black spot on my face and several others in the same photo. I contacted the company with a complaint, but the company did not want to issue a refund and said that the damaged photo does not affect the use of the product. I really don’t know how you can use a product where photo was the main reason for ordering and it was damaged . So now I’m trying to get my money back through PayPal
