Fantastic Customer service and quality products
--long review incoming, but worth the read I think-- Let me start by saying that I dont know how this company has any 1 star reviews! At least for me personally, I have had nothing but amazing luck with Nillkin. I have ordered a handful of products from them now over the past year or so since I got my Z Fold 6. They have been one of, if not the only company I've found with case styles that suit my taste perfectly. Not too bulky yet still protective and with SPen storage options that feel great in the hand. Not only that, I've also ordered a charger, a stand, a screen protector, and magesafe grip rings from them. Everything has felt quality and has held up to my abuse (I'm a very clumsy person lol). I personally think their pricing is more than fair for the items I've gotten and lately especially so with the good discounts they've been running! But my 5 stars and this glowing review is due to my most recent experience with them. I have the new Z fold 7 on the way and need a case for it obviously, so I figured I'll check Nillkin because I've loved my previous one. So I ordered one (and a charging cable to get a great discount) but then the next day I noticed they released more options on their website that were more in line with the type and style I was wanting/hoping to find originally. I was really bummed that I had just placed that previous order for one that I kind of settled on thinking they may just not be making the same type as I had for my Fold 6. So I reached out to their customer service hoping to find a solution and have them cancel/swap out the one I just ordered for the newer one I wanted more. And I was pleasantly surprised that within 24 hours they had not only responded, but also had already taken care of it and swapped out the order for me! As well as refunded me the couple dollar difference! And they kept the discount that I was worried may not apply in this situation now. They were so polite and prompt I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, in today's day and age dealing with some companies over seas from here in the U.S. can sometimes be a big headache. But my long story not so short lol, is that I could not be more pleased with their service, response time and how they handled my situation! I would and will highly recommend Nillkin to anyone in need of tech/phone gear. They already had my business because of pricing and quality of their products, but they have just won an extremely loyal customer after having such good customer service! Sincerely thank you to Nillkin and everyone there. And again this is all just my personal experience so I can't speak for others, however they've been great to me. --UPDATED 8/14/25-- *** I had a section here about their shipping time and updates that somewhat agreed with some of the other comments/reviews on here based on my past experiences. Which as I had said, still were not that bad at all. Yea some things may have taken a bit longer than stated they would and had some sparse updates, but were always more than fine enough for me personally. However! I was compelled to come update my review and amend this section because that has completely changed! My most recent experience and orders from Nillkin that prompted this review to begin with, had full and frequent updates about production and shipping time, as well as arriving super fast! So now I have absolutely nothing to critique about this company and the purchasing/ordering process! At least as far as my experience goes. Thank you again Nillkin team! Keep up the great work and making great products.***
