The bus was cancelled in the late evening and the guy in charge was going to make us stay outside all night, when expressed that some of us can't afford a hotel the manager was very cold and insensitive citing that another passenger would be fine. He changed his mind about leaving us outside where there's a lot of danger during the night especially for someone like me who's female, immigrant and disabled. The claim that Greyhound cares about our safety, especially for someone who has a disability is absolutely laughable.
