Angi's list sent contractors to my home who were forced to stop their work due to not having permits. The contractor never returned leaving me with a demolished sidewalk and basement staircase. The only resolution they offer is to send me a settlement check, after I told them Im on SSI and have income limitations. What they are asking me to do is unlawful and Im not risking my income to do that. They refuse to pay the contractors themselves.
Do not order from them I ordered a t shirt from them, I am in the USA and speak ENGLISH. They sent me a tshirt thats in CHINESE. I sent them a pic of what they sent ME and what I ordered, they said the pictures MATCHED and that they had nothing left to say. I replied back this is NOT what I ordered. They then replied back we offer you 1.00 refund on a 35.00 t shirt. I reported them as fraud to my bank. Each time I emailed them they replied under a different email and name. They do this so they are not caught.
