Don’t trust this business
I ordered before and got my order in about a week. Made a second order February 6th 2024 and it was Marked delivered February 15th and signed by me. Never received or signed anything. Sent several emails through website and today, February 26th got a reply saying their courier delivered it and I would have to pay the $183. as per the implied contract on their website. Never got my package after paying and waiting almost three weeks. I disputed the charge with American Express and submitted all my correspondence as well as a screen grab of their “mandatory signing fee” as stated on the website. We will see where this goes. My thought is that their Courier is the same guy that eats your fries while he’s delivering that 5 Guys order.
