An absolute nightmare. The site is extremely difficult, near impossible to navigate. I’ve been trying to register and have spent literally HOURS trying to have a package forwarded to me. I experienced an exceptionally rude SR on the chat who simply left me stuck in the middle without providing adequate answers Don’t know who has put in all the positive reviews Avoid at all costs!
