Fraudulent business - cannot get refund for clear failure of service
Booked hotel for 2 nights through Traveluro. Paid in advance and received multiple confirmations from Traveluro. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel only had record of booking under our name for 1 night. Have spent 20+ days trying to get a refund for the unbooked night that we paid for and didn't receive. Have called 5+ times and have 11+ email threads. No one ever gets back to me and one time they said that they couldn't give me a refund because it was 'non cancellable'. Filed chargeback with credit card company and filed FTC fraud report.
