Door Dash is a disgusting abomination of business practices
This company, time and time again, has persisted in, not only charging a premium for their services (which is not a problem), however, they fail to deliver time and time again!!! On 7/13, I ordered something from one of their clients/stores, and, not only was I not notified of a "cancelled delivery", but after I contacted their support, they did nothing to rectify the issue! They have call centers and people reading from an effing script, and I spent, literally, 50 minutes on the phone dealing with something that wasn't even my fault. I got a refund, whereas, these garbage people initially wanted to give it as a credit, however, after spending ~ $18-22,000 over five years, they refused to offer a credit! My time is worth something as is the CEO's apparently, who, in turn, made approximately $400+ million dollars last year. I have a big problem with the fact that this worthless, garbage company cannot even admit to their faults and provide proper compensation! Meanwhile, even though the funds were "allegedly" refunded, I now have to wait 5-7 days, and, yet, they blame it on my bank. The point of the matter stands as such: I demand compensation as a result of this and having to deal with their employees, who are clearly robotic, and can do nothing. There is a reason as to why (literally) millions of people wishes death upon this company! It is the most dishonest, disgusting, unethical bull**** that I have ever experienced with a company. Compensation is demanded! On the contrary, I hope that the government finds a way to shut this disgraceful company down and, in turn, finds a way to incarcerate Tony Xu! For all of the time and money that I have spent, at this point, a minimum of $100 in credits is now merited! Period!!! This company needs to be shut down by the government, period!
