Don't expect quality service
Don't expect quality service. Explaining a situation: made a purchase, and did not receive it thruough 12 hours time, and every time I've contacted support, they were saying that they are experiencing high volumes of orders and I just need to wait. After ~12 hours I made single order that was almost instantly fulfilled, and does it mean they are lying about their issues? Support guy only told me that I need to be patient and wait it to be fulfilled. Now I am in support queue to cancel my order for 2,5 hours and stuck in 5th for already 15 minutes, however, my second account is moving forward pretty actively. What affects how fast you are moving? Avoid using this service to buy PSN card at any cost, or you will just spend hours trying to buy cards. Seems more like a joke rather than great service provider.
