Follow up to their make it right offer on trustpilot
I wrote a review about long shipping delays/poor productand got this response from the company on trust pilot: Hi Raul, I’m confident your product now feels high-quality — the wood and the whole manufacturing process have been improved. Would you like us to remake it at no cost? My bad, i just saw your review here today (You can contact us directly for quicker solution). I’ve sent you an email so our team can fully address the issues. I‘ll’ take full responsibility. I appreciate your reply and will personally follow up to make sure everything is resolved. - Founder Leo FOLLOWUP: never received a follow up email. When I emailed them, I never heard back. Their response on trust pilot was just another scam to give the appearance they were a responsible company. Buyer beware!!
