Lost my wife's car keys.
Lost my wife's car key about 6 weeks ago. I looked all over the house and property. Two days after I ordered a new key kit, my wife found my keys in her coat pocket. I immediately contacted the customer service department after hours to cancel my order. The next morning, Tom's Key Company notified me that the order had already been cancelled. My refund was issued the next day as well. As far as customer service, it doesn't get any better than that. Tom's Key Company is a class act. Vic
