Poor Customer Service
I've ordered from this company at least 4 times & I've never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, with my most recent order Onlymaker used a company called UniUni to deliver them. UniUni carelessly left my package out in the open which resulted in my shoes being stolen. I've been in contact with Onlymaker via email for over a week now with little to no communication or help on their part. All I'm trying to do is either get my shoes redelivered or recieve a refund & it seems like they're not at all interested in helping me (a loyal customer) find a solution. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from them in the future.
