I don't trust this company
The website says there's a guarantee on your first order. There isn't. Customer service offers exchanges but will not under any circumstances give you a refund. Customer service is polite, but all they do is write emails. This could be OK if the product weren't poorly designed. The pouches are weird, and the underwear doesn't keep you in all day. The modal fabric is thin enough that it isn't comfortable against zippers and jeans. It's far more awkward to flop out of a pouch with a big slit in it because the coverage isn't complete enough. The reviews on the site aren't legit. How can this be? Though I placed large order, I was never asked to write a review and you can't post an unsolicited one on the website.
