Delivery and Product issues
The initial shipping and delivery issues were quite frustrating. Once that was finally resolved and I received the package, the quality, particularly in the waistband was not as good as it has been on previous purchases.

Consumers also deeply appreciate the clever pouch design, which provides reliable support and all-day convenience without ever feeling restrictive or tight. Exchanging products is miserable
I ordered the wrong size by accident to get the correct size. I had to submit multiple photos to prove that it hadn’t been opened or used then I had to pay $19 to mail it back absolutely never again.

The underwear fits great and I like them a lot, but they took 2 and a half weeks to get them. There were no e mails sent saying they would be late. I figured they were not even gonna show up.
Nothing compares to the comfort and customer service.
For at least 3 years now, this is the only underwear I buy. Nothing compares to the comfort and customer service.

Some of the most comfortable underwear…
Some of the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned. Keeps things secured where they're supposed to be while not being tight. Can barely feel them normally.

Great customer service, good products
Their customer service was very responsive and even rectified a shipping issue that resulted in a bonus item going to the wrong address. I greatly appreciate the extra care. Also, the underwear are fantastic. I love not feeling sweaty and sticky throughout an entire shift at work. Keep up the good work.
