Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally soft fabric and overall comfort, noting that the quality materials keep them cool and relaxed throughout the day. Consumers also deeply appreciate the clever pouch design, which provides reliable support and all-day convenience without ever feeling restrictive or tight.
However, some customers also noted that shipping and delivery took much longer than expected, leading to minor frustrations with the carriers used. Some reviewers were not happy with customer support responses or inflexible exchange policies when trying to resolve sizing or order issues.

I accidently put the wrong size on my order.
I let the service department know and they sent me a new order and only charged me for the shipping.
Thank you.
The cotton boxer briefs are very comfortable, but they do run a bit large. Next time I will order a size smaller.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad our team could assist with your order and that you’re enjoying the cotton boxer briefs. We appreciate your note about the sizing—it helps us and other customers.
Recently purchased my first bamboo rayon boxer briefs with dual pouch design. They are so incredibly comfortable. My banana slips in right where it’s supposed to and stays comfortably in place even during fitness hiking. Shipping was fast. Will be ordering more. Highly recommend you give these a try.
