I love the designs the feel the vibes everything about pholoh is just A+++, one issue on my end is I hadn’t ordered clothes in so long I actually ordered everything a size too big but I will be order much more in the near future.

On top of AI answering my emails instead of an employee when I tried to get a refund, I sent me clothes back over 2-3 business days ago (as they told me) to get my refund. Smells like a scam…

I have ordered from this brand around 6 times now, and it is my favourite brand at the moment. Even with shipping from the US, I live in Switzerland and my clothes arrive within a week. The clothes a very creative and well made, with much better quality materials than similar products from other brands with similar prices. Pholoh always manages to drop straight fire every drop. The customer service is also elite; even when problems have arisen I have had 1 to 1 emails with support to sort out my orders. Finally, Pholoh supports its returning customers as most of the time I always have an discount offer that I receive as a returning customer when a new drop comes out, and it is accessible to enter the early access for drops, as well as receiving offers simply by providing email details. On social media too, Pholoh offers deals to its loyal fans who simply need to check the brand’s ig story to be allowed into the close friends story where early access to drops and information as well as large discounts, (such as 30% off on the recent death note drop) are released. All in all a 5/5 masterpiece brand.

Probably the nicest thing is the occasional free item through either a specific number of items purchased or cost reached making it feel more rewarding, plus when my order didnt meet expectations I was compensated well for a replacement(customer service is well received) only down side is the delivery time I dont like being that type of person but it does take awhile for such items to reach me could be due to large demand of same product or possibly even the new release but both my my first purchase and most recent being three tees have taken a vast amount of time

I have not yet received my order
I have not yet received my order, ‘nor do I have any information about it. I ordered it back on July 26th, and have not had any updates on shipping or delivery since then. When I try to track it, all it does is transfer me back to your website, or forwards me back to the shop app where it only says that the package is “on its way”. Its been on its way since the 26th of July. I’m not irritated with the delivery speed, I’m irritated with the lack of updates I have received. Considering the fact that I spent $200+ on it, I want to at least be updated on delivery status. If you could please inform me on my package’s status, I would greatly appreciate it.

Pholoh chain
I ordered a chain from Pholoh to Europe (Poland) and honestly I was pretty skeptical at first. Tracking stopped updating at one point so I emailed their support. They replied instantly and the package arrived super fast right after that. (they even offered a full refund for the delay) (that's wild because the wait was not even long at all) The chain itself is top tier. It has some solid weight to it giving it a premium feel, instead of that basic shiny silver it has this gorgeous dark silver tone. My only issue was the pendant itself. It's completely concave on the back and literally none of the pictures on the site showed that. I just took the pendant off and the chain alone is totally worth it. The links are super solid with no flimsy parts that feel like they would snap. I highly recommend buying from them even if you are ordering from the other side of the world.
Horrible experience
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered half a dozen products as a part of a big sale. Got a order placed notification. But the brand failed to hand it off to ups. After over a week without updates I reached out and they ensured me they would resolve it and get my products sent out. Another week passes and no update or further tracking information was given. After reaching out once more they just sent me a refund and told me to reorder it. I responded because that's not what I wanted. I just wanted them to reship the products like they said they would. I didn't ask for them to refund me. They assured me they would do that but had already processed the refund. And I have not heard from the brand again about any further updates on my order after staying they'll still ship it and send me my tracking info almost a month later. The refund has now posted. But all of the products are now sold out in my size.

You ordered during our biggest sale and your order never got handed off to the carrier the way it should have, and then we made it worse by going quiet and by refunding you when what you actually asked for was your pieces. That is on us, not you. I know a refund does not undo the fact that your sizes are now sold out. I would like to personally make this right, whether that means reserving your sizes the moment they restock and getting them to you on us, or sourcing them for you directly, plus something extra for the trouble and the wait.
