The customer service is also elite; even when problems have arisen I have had 1 to 1 emails with support to sort out my orders. Finally, Pholoh supports its returning customers as most of the time I always have an discount offer that I receive as a returning customer when a new drop comes out, and it is accessible to enter the early access for drops, as well as receiving offers simply by providing email details. On social media too, Pholoh offers deals to its loyal fans who simply need to check the brand’s ig story to be allowed into the close friends story where early access to drops and information as well as large discounts, (such as 30% off on the recent death note drop) are released.
