Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally soft fabric and overall comfort, noting that the quality materials keep them cool and relaxed throughout the day. Consumers also deeply appreciate the clever pouch design, which provides reliable support and all-day convenience without ever feeling restrictive or tight. However, some customers also noted that shipping and delivery took much longer than expected, leading to minor frustrations with the carriers used. Some reviewers were not happy with customer support responses or inflexible exchange policies when trying to resolve sizing or order issues.

Hello, I am writing to let you know how much I love your products. I have tried several other brands, but yours is definitely the best. I started with the bamboo pair, which was great, but I just purchased the New Style and they are even better. Keep up the good work! Best regards, James Sullivan

First, my order came very quickly and on time. I always throw online clothing in the wash before I wear it, and the underwear came out fresh and supportive. The separate pouch perfectly separates and supports, and I really love the bamboo soft and stretchy material. Overall, Separatec really has got it on lock.
Thank you for your review! We’re thrilled to hear that you love the Separate Pouch™ design and the bamboo fabric. We appreciate your support and are glad our underwear keeps you comfortable and supported!

Great boxers and even better customer service!!
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying both the boxers and our customer service. Your feedback means a lot to us!
The fabric and waistband is very soft and comfortable, and the seams do not create any irritation. The front pockets could use a bit of extra space and looseness to avoid shifting with squatting and bending over from my experience.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you find the fabric, waistband, and seams comfortable. We also appreciate your feedback about the front pouch — we’ll share this with our product team as we continue to improve our designs. Your input is very valuable to us!
Very fast delivery. Quick and easy order from start to finish. Thank you

I like ball support underwear. I’ve written reviews on Shinesty and Me Undies. Separatec Everyday is a little different. They are cotton versus micro modal. So if you are a cotton-must guy, these might be for you. They fit nice and snug around the butt and jewels, and provide overall comfort. The ball support is not as sturdy as the other two brands I mentioned above, but it is good. They wash well. I have about pair and wear they occasionally. The double pouch idea is different. Your fly is a hole you insert your shady into, then lift from bottom to get out. That’s very different. It works when you get used to it. I like them, but prefer the other two brands over them. If you must have cotton, these are a good choice.
Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear you enjoy the comfort and unique design of our Everyday and Double Pouch™ styles. We appreciate your honest feedback and comparison—it helps others find the right fit and style for them!
