Purchased a dress
Purchased a dress, they received payment but I never received my dress. The shipping that Ovlias company uses claims they delivered the dress to my door. I beg to differ, I'm disabled and never leave my house and I can see out my livingroom window that leads to my front door. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME !!!!!
