First Tome Batik Air Traveller
Booked on Batik air as very cheap. Airline was half hour delay in departing Sydney, no big deal most other airlines I travel on seems to have timing issues. Was a little bit apprehensive due to bad reviews. My experience was not negative in any way. Leg room was good polite staff, clean airline, food purchased pre flight was good, purchase in cabin efficient, accepted Aus$ in cash, in flight entertainment a bit confusing ad had to use own device but no bigee as I could have accessed using my tablet..could be clearer instructions....otherwise good flight...my baggage arrived on time. As a frequent international traveller both up market and budget I WOULD USE AGAIN.
