Poor delivery time
your products are great. Well presented in the packaging and are well engineered. My main dislike is the fact that the lead time is unacceptably long. Up to 3 months at times while other time can be short. I have several items on order now and have been waiting for them to turn up. E.G. order SM2024449996 was placed on January 5th. Still not here. Order SM2024450535 placed Feb 7th again still not here just a delayed expected delivery date. If you are advertising items as being available why is there such a long lead time?
