You can not imagine how angry I was when I ordered a package for my girlfriend for Valentine‘s Day just to realize the most expensive product was missing. I was kinda hopeless reading the reviews, expecting nothing, but still decided to contact the support since it was the only thing I can do. To my surprise they answered after a few days and shipped me the missing product at no additional cost (yes, nothing special but still good knowing some company‘s practices). The products itself are of fantastic quality and worth the price in my and my girlfriend‘s eyes.
