Excellent Service
We had a POD delivered on July 24, 2026 which was unsuitable for furniture storage. I called PODS on July 25th and sent a letter to advise on the poor condition of the POD and provided pictures. PODS representatives were very supportive and even though it was a weekend, PODS made arrangements to pick up the old unit and and delivered another unit on Saturday July 25th As a result, the furniture movers were able to move all our belongings out of the house as scheduled and a renovations contractor starting the following week. PODS reacted to the problems in a fast and efficient manner.
