Saved my Jeep!
I should have written this in March as that would have marked the one year anniversary of installing a TIPM in my 2017. I'd struggled with a very intermittent "no start" problem for over a year. I had to have the car towed once only to have it start the next day at my mechanics. The Jeep dealer was not helpful at all. They could run a diagnostic for $200 but if there were no codes logged they could only guess. I was about to trade the Jeep in when I came across your website. I had isolated my problem down to TIPM, starter, solenoid or associated wiring. After reading everything on your website I thought a rebuilt TIPM from you would be a good bet. Well, that one paid off. The instructions that came with your part were perfect. The packing, return, and core exchange made the project flawless. But the best part, in 15 months since I installed your part 68251626AC I haven't had one instance where the car wouldn't start. Thank you for such a great product and support. I love the Jeep and didn't want to sell it. I'm finally not worried that when it shuts off at a light or when I go to start it that I won't hear the sound of that engine turning over.
