Gave them my IPad for repair under a paid for subscription (AppleCare) the repair is meant to take 2-3 days It’s been 20 days and still no update I’ve chased them multiple times and they still can’t tell me what’s happening with my iPad Poor service Apple used to be really good back in the day don’t know what’s happened to it down but definitely gone down hill over the years
