Good product but shockingly bad…
Good product but shockingly bad service. You always get an answer 1-2 days after I start the chat, and then I have to wait for another 1-2 days for you guys to answer the next questions, and so on, and so on. It's like you guys are not even trying to help, but wait for so long that the customer have to spend hours on hours to fix it themself. Shockingly bad service. Good product, but horrible service.
