Horrible delivery
Shopee Xpress is absolutely horrible! 5 orders with status "Out for delivery" since last week. Customer service is useless and only provides "template replies". 1 order declared lost after more than 10 days. Refund was prompt but I wasted more than 18 days waiting for this order. My orders purchased from TaoBao in China arrived much faster than items purchased locally from Shopee. Horrible!
