Ecoflow Delta 3 Max PlusPP30A
What went wrong,? we bought an ecoflow Delta 3 max plus, it would be perfect for our campervan, or it should have been, the campervan fridge/freezer needed the 30A Anderson plug to run it separate from the electrics, so far so good, this product was bought in Cyprus from the main ecoflow dealer, we then asked for the Anderson PP30A connectors and pins, they don't sell them, gave us places to try around Limassol, 5 hrs later after running around in 32C heat and no aircon, these may be a common item in places like America or UK, people didn't know what we were talking about here in cyprus, we returned home, next day more searching, no connectors no fridge freezer, no holiday. In the end we found some in uk, airmail postage nearly 13 euro, parts 4 euro, another week delayed. Tell me ecoflow why do you provide a good machine and then let yourselves down by not putting in 2 connector and pins. Now waiting for them to arrive, holiday delayed. Expensive piece of kit let down by sheer stupidity and greed. 2 weeks on our parts are still stuck in Larnaca post office, pending holiday looking less and less likely.
