GAOMON SUPPORT IS SO SWEET
I recenlty got a gaomon after so much hesitation, at first i was scared that, since the brand is new, i might find problems contacting support but when i did need help, i got my answer right away! The support is so kind and helpful, very responsive too! If you ever need help with anything concerning gaomon, whether it's questions about the brand or help, send an email to this contact : service @ gaomon.net (no space between the characters) they reply during all business days (if you send an email on the weekend you get a reply by monday) I totally recommend the brand AND its support ❤
