So far it’s been a great experience. We had some difficulties getting the loan through exactly when we needed it, but it was documents on our end that were still processing through dmv holding it up. Sui Murphy went above and beyond helping to get this through during a crucial time for us, when sometimes the call center can be difficult try to get through to someone who can manage your case and get their email while you’re on the phone with them. The call center process can be somewhat difficult but if you get one of the loan managers like Sui and get their email it makes for a much smoother process. Can’t comment on the pay back process or anything on that end yet. But getting the loan through and into our account was a priority for them and they helped us through each step even though we were under stress and maybe not being as patient as we could have been.
