It’s daunting to have phones calls and emails about your payment when I constantly have to tell every representative the same thing. Everyone I talk to from the very beginning calling up not sure what I was doing was very professional very very helpful I'm a contractor in St Augustine Florida and I needed a quick loan and I usually don't do this kind of stuff but somebody had recommended loan mart I don't remember who it was but when I do I'm going to thank them. When we were going through the process I myself was pretty short with them because I'm a kind of person that has to get stuff done as fast as possible but they were taking their time for a reason. And the reason was to make sure everything was above board and secure. I would give them 20 stars if I could thanks again LoanMart excellent job

I think LoanMart is a ripoff. I borrowed $3000 and have been making on time payments but now I owe $$4000 and don’t know how this is possible. I’m working on getting the loan paid off but can’t seem to figure out how all my payments are going towards the interest rate and very little to none on my loan. Total ripoff company. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

it has been a complete nightmare. My loan amount keeps going up not down after each payment. They have lost payments, they have called me a liar on more than once. I have sent proof that all of my payment were made on time. that information has been denied more than once, most of your people have been very rude!!!. My accountant has looked at this agreement and the whole mess and has suggested I have a forensic accountant look at it. I just want it paid off so I can have the title lien taken off my truck. The loan was for 3500.00 and some how I owe still over 4500.00 after 2 years . Can someone explain that, some of my payment are not even logged.

Predatory loans akin to legitimized rape, with absurd interest rates. Yeah, they can help you in difficult times, but you will pay through the wazoo for it with their usurious interest rates. Will make you feel like you will never get out of debt, and they keep trying to loan you more money, like let me drop some more into the quicksand. If you do accept more money, they cancel your first loan, pile it on to the second, and you are starting all over again at 70% interest on your original amount. They want to insure you never see daylight again.
