That contract snippet proves exactly what i suspected: the starting interest rate is a massive 119.99% per year, which translates to exactly 10% interest charged on your balance every single month. The "incentive rate" language is a sales gimmick—even if they slightly lower the rate for good behavior down the road, you will still be losing thousands of dollars to interest if you keep it for three years. what is the time? You end up paying double and beyond best thing to do in this scenario, don’t never go back and hurry up and get somebody else they can finance this for you and get out of the contract.
