1✨is not deserved. Ordered & paid for animal blanket 20/6/26. I followed up on 12/7/26 as id not received an update. A few weeks later I received a generic email that included a tracking link. This did not work. -cording to feedback - order unknown. On 25/7/26 I reached out again. No response. Thankfully I ordered via PayPal and on 5/8/26 commenced a complaint which PayPal promptly dealt with based on my evidence. I do not recommend this company. Very bad customer experience, only generic communication- sometimes!
