Time to cancel Ninja
1. I requested forward facing seats with a table and I got rear facing without a table. Both of the requested seats were actually available. 2. On my iPhone I was not able to save the tickets to the wallet nor was I able to print them after downloading them. I eventually took screen shots and printed these. Printing was not actually required but how hard is is to add a “print” function? 3. Most train booking sites allow you to cancel without a fee in first 15’ after booking. Ninja did not or at least not without a major fee (about 25% give or take). 4. I tried my best to avoid Ninja due to reviews and prior experiences, but somehow got transferred there when I tried to book on another website. There was no warning that I would be transferred over. 5. At the end of the day, it’s about leadership. Whoever is in charge has the mindset that profit at all costs is great, and that the customer is secondary. This mindset permeates the lack of investments in righting the brands’ pretty miserable and well earned online reputation.
