I would give ZERO STARS if I could. During the holidays I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this website. 2 pairs arrived without issue. The 3rd pair never arrived. I sent numerous emails regarding this. Attempted a Live Chat to no avail. Even asked for proof that the order was sent, perhaps mistakenly to a different address. NOTHING. EVER. Due to the fact that I promised these shoes to a Love One, I kept trying. Disappointed so deeply because when I make a promise/commitment, it is DIRE to my heart that I fulfill that promise. What has prompted this testimony is that I Attempted to follow up again yesterday and today, I experienced that I have been BLOCKED from the entire website! Like WHAT!!!? Banned from my mobile phone AND my PC! DO NOT PATRON THIS WEBSITE .
