Need for Transparency- Time Commitment and Refunds
As the leader of a small nonprofit, we were eager to use a platform that we thought would give us a one stop for many different functions we currently use through separate platforms. Going in, we did not understand how much time and work would go into trying to build the website and transfer data. After going through an incredibly difficult period and not accessing any of the tools in our subscription, we were denied a refund. Tithe.ly did respond to our review and provided support. They do not track individual use on their platform, so it is important, if you are overwhelmed and not able to implement the tools, don't wait to cancel or reach out for help. It is not standard procedure for Tithe.ly to provide refunds. Hopefully, Tithe.ly will make sure to provide this information to future customers. Make sure you have the bandwidth to use the tools, or start slow.
